We’re excited to offer our SignVideo customers with Access to Work or Direct Payment plans the chance to win in our monthly prize draw. Before you enter, please take a moment to read the details below. We want to make sure you’re fully informed and ready to join in on the fun — good luck!

Terms and Conditions

Significan’t Ltd T/A SignVideo (“SignVideo”) is conducting this prize draw. Eligible participants may win the following prizes:
1st Prize – £250.00
2nd Prize – £100.00
3rd Prize – £50.00

One entry per participant and each participant can only win 1 prize on each prize draw. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible participants. Prizes will be in the form of an e-voucher and will be emailed to winners of the prize draw.

Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. SignVideo customers who do not wish to participate can be excluded from the prize draw by notifying SignVideo via email at ukcustomersuccess@sorenson.com. By participating in this prize draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible to participate in the prize draw, participants must:

  • Be a SignVideo Access to Work customer and Direct Payment customer, with an active account(s) under a valid contract with SignVideo
  • Not have an account that is more than 100 days in arrears.
  • Have more than 30 days left on their subscription
  • Not been provided notice of termination or have a termination notice on their account
  • Be over 18 years of age.

Employees of SignVideo and their family members are not eligible for the prize draw. SignVideo reserves the right to ask for proof of age and identity, to determine eligibility and to deny the award of any prizes at its sole discretion.

All eligible participants will automatically be entered into the monthly prize draw.

The prize draw will be on the 21st of each month and winners will be announced on the 28th of the month (or the first working day after if the 28th is not on a business day). Winners will be determined by a random drawing.

SignVideo will notify winners via a video call and email within 5 business days. If a winner cannot be contacted within one calendar week, the prize may be reallocated and SignVideo shall have no liability to or responsibility in respect of the winner first selected.

Winners cannot assign the prizes to any other person for any reason and prizes cannot be sold or transferred under any circumstances.

Winner agrees that their name, image and likeness in video or photographic images may be used in Significant UK Limited promotions, promotional materials and publicity efforts, including (but not limited to) print media, social media and the internet.

Receipt of any prize may result in taxes for winners. Winners are solely responsible for any income or other taxes in connection with winning the prize draw.  Winners should consult with their tax advisor for more information.

SignVideo reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to vary, amend or cancel the prize draw at any time and under any circumstances, and no liability will attach to SignVideo.

SignVideo shall use and take care of any personal information supplied by customers to it in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PRIZE DRAW, PARTICIPANTS WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AND RIGHTS, INCLUDING ANY RIGHT OF PRIOR ARRPOVAL AND RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SIGNVIDEO AND ITS AFFILIATE (INCLUDING THEIR RESPECTIVE PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, ATTORNEYS, BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, ASSIGNEES OR REPRESENTATIVES (INDIVIDUALLY AND/OR COLLECTIVELY “REPRESENTATIVES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY , DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW OR WINNING ANY PRIZE, PARTICIPANT’S ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR SIGNVIDEO USE OF YOUR NAME, IMAGE AND LIKENESS AND PARTICIPANT AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SIGNVIDEO REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW OR PARTICIPANT’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SORENSON REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SignVideo accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by customers as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, accepting that nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability of the business for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim whatsoever arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by Scots law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.
