The Role:

The Service Coordinator role is a full-time role based in London or Glasgow with the salary offer of £23,000–25,000. This position will report to the Head of Workforce Services.

Experience required:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an Administrative/Operations co-ordinator role
  • Experience using Microsoft office with advanced skills in Excel
  • Phone etiquette
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are organised, reliable and can work to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Are self-motivated and driven
  • Have an eye for detail with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in your work
  • Be flexible with growth opportunities and responsibility opportunities

 

Desirable:

  • Experience with Rota Cloud
  • Experience in interpreting/translation sector
  • Deaf awareness

Person specification:

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and process bookings
  • Schedule interpreting resource
  • Develop and manage systems
  • Creating rotas efficiently
  • Analyse operational performance, investigate issues, and forecast resource requirements
    • Be the first point of contact for external customers and service users
    • Multi-tasking and prioritising
    • You will be part of an on call 24/7 rota
    • Assist and support company compliance, including ISO audits and certification
    • Maintain good customer relations
    • Liaising with internal teams
