The Role:

The Head of Account Management and Sales Operations role is a quality and efficiency driven individual with demonstrated experience and strong leadership skills to provide strategic direction, accountability to our client portfolios we are looking for a candidate that can work across multinational teams and scale across product lines. In addition, the individual will focus on developing and supporting Sales by leveraging CRM tools, customer success strategies identified to convert opportunities and to maximize the success of our sales team. This is a full-time role, reporting to our General Manager and the salary offer is from £40,000+. This role is based London or Glasgow with the possibility of working from home.

Experience required:

Your Experience and Skills

  • 5 years demonstrable and successful history of Account Management with experience with large multinational customers
  • Ability drive innovative thinking personally and among the team
  • Demonstrate intellect, drive and sales acumen
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a rapid workplace
  • Communicate effectively, internally, externally, and across various levels of leadership
  • Experience with CRM tools: Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Operations or related experience preferred
  • Fluency in British Sign Language preferred
  • Provide an engaging customer experience to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Able to conduct and gather customer satisfaction surveys and customer feedback

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Nurture healthy company relationships optimising deliverables, setting challenging objectives and identifying new areas of growth
  • Manage accounts acting as the main point of contact for our customers
  • Manage Account management team and their relations with both B2B and B2C customers ensure healthy positive relationships
  • Support sales in maintaining our CRM, updating client records and sales flow process and opportunities
  • Work with Finance to support the development of accurate reporting
  • Analyse sales pipeline history and understand in improve conversion of leads to paying customers
  • Utilise data from the CRM to identify additional engagement opportunities
