TAG's open letter to challenges telecoms

TAG have written an open letter directed to the chief executives of the major telephone providers in an effort to lobby for increased access to video and caption relay services for Deaf and hard-of-hearing people.

The letter re-appeared as a full page spread in The Times on Friday 11th May. The letter was sent as Deaf Awareness Week was observed by hundreds of organisations in the public and private sectors throughout the UK, please click the link to see the letter for yourself.
